There are 3rd party applications preventing the file from being saved properly- this can be applications such as an antivirus/internet security suite, indexing software, etc.Ensuring that the Recorder is pointing to a folder that the user account has full read/write access to should address the issue if it is this particular one. There are inadequate permissions on the folder that Camtasia's attempting to save the recording to- This can happen if the "Default Output Folder" has been switched to a location that the user account does not have full read/write access to.This particular error could be related to a number of different things, though the most common are the following: Find and Play recordings by format, date, duration and size.I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this- it's certainly not the intended experience. ![]()
